Our Privacy Promise in Short

  • Collect only what we need to run, protect and fund the site
  • Ask for your consent before ads or analytics use cookies where the law requires it
  • Honor Global Privacy Control signals
  • Delete data when we no longer need it
  • Answer every privacy request within 30 days

What we never do

  • Sell your data for money
  • Ask for your Roblox, Discord or Google password
  • Require an account to read or download
  • Knowingly collect data from children under 13
  • Hide who we share data with

Who We Are

Delta Executions runs the website deltaexecutions.com. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Delta Executions. “You” means anyone who visits our website.

For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Delta Executions acts as the data controller. That means we decide why and how we process your personal data on this website.

Important: Delta Executions is an independent website. We are not Roblox Corporation, and we are not the Delta development team. Roblox, the Delta app, Discord and other services run their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

We may change ad partners over time. When we add or remove a partner, we update this table.

We also share data when the law requires it, for example to answer a valid court order. In addition, if someone buys or merges with our website, your data would move to the new owner under this same policy.

Do we sell your data? We never sell your data for money. However, some US state laws, including California’s, treat ad cookies as a “sale” or “sharing” of data for targeted ads. In that legal sense, our ad partners may receive your data. You can opt out at any time (see Your Rights below).

Cookies, Analytics and Ads

Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. We use them to remember your choices, measure traffic and show ads. Our Cookie Policy lists every type in detail.

  • Consent first: In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we use a consent banner that works with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. Ads and analytics only use cookies after you agree.
  • Google Consent Mode: If you refuse cookies, Google tools receive only limited signals without cookies.
  • Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt out of sale and sharing for that browser.
  • Personalized ads: Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to our site and other sites. You can turn this off in Google Ad Settings or at aboutads.info.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Use our contact form and choose “Privacy request”. Tell us which right you want to use.

Step 02: Help Us Find Your Data

Give us the name or email you used in a comment or message. We may ask a question to confirm you are the right person, so nobody else gets your data.

Step 03: Get Our Answer

We reply within 30 days. If a request is complex, we may need more time, and we tell you why. US state laws allow up to 45 days.

For cookies and targeted ads, you can act right away. Open the cookie settings link in our footer, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.

Extra Rights by Region

  • EEA and Switzerland: You can complain to your local data protection authority. The European Data Protection Board lists them on its website.
  • United Kingdom: You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
  • California and other US states: Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon, can use the rights above. You can also send a request through an authorized agent, and you can appeal if we refuse a request.
  • Brazil: The LGPD gives you similar rights, and you can contact the ANPD.
  • Other countries: We apply the same rights to you, as far as your local law allows.

Children’s Privacy

Many Roblox players are young, so we take this seriously. Our website is meant for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. In the EEA, the age may be higher, up to 16, depending on your country.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
  • Children under 13 should not use our contact form or post comments.
  • If we learn that we collected data from a child, we delete it quickly.
  • Parents can contact us at any time to review or delete a child’s data.

Read our full Children’s Privacy Notice for details, including how we handle ads.

International Data Transfers

Our partners run servers in many countries, including the United States. As a result, your data may move outside your country.

When data leaves the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, our partners protect it with approved safeguards. These include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, for certified US companies such as Google and Cloudflare, the EU US Data Privacy Framework.

How We Protect Your Data

  • Every page loads over HTTPS encryption.
  • Cloudflare filters attacks and bad bots before they reach our server.
  • We protect admin accounts with strong passwords and two factor authentication.
  • We keep WordPress, our theme and plugins updated.
  • Only the people who run the site can see contact messages.

No website is 100% secure. However, if a breach puts your data at risk, we tell you and the right authorities as the law requires.

Changes and How to Contact Us

We update this policy when our tools, partners or the law change. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If we make a big change, we also show a notice on the site.

Questions about your privacy? Send them through our contact form and choose “Privacy request”. We read every message and reply within 30 days.
