What We Cannot Help With
Delta Executions is an independent guide site, not the Delta team and not Roblox. So, some requests need to go elsewhere:
|
Problem |
Where to go |
|---|---|
|
Delta Premium payments or refunds |
The official Delta shop |
|
Delta outages or key server problems |
The Delta status page and the official Delta Discord |
|
Roblox bans or account recovery |
|
|
A hacked Discord account |
We also cannot reset keys, unban accounts or give out free Premium. Anyone who claims they can is running a scam.
Before You Write
Many questions already have a tested answer. These pages solve the most common problems:
Stay Safe When You Contact Anyone
We never message you first. Delta Executions never sends DMs on Discord, Telegram or social media, and we never ask for your password, Roblox cookie, key or payment. If someone claims to be us and asks for these, block them and report it to us.
How we handle the data you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy. In short, we use it only to reply, and we delete contact messages 12 months after our last reply.
